Can you join?
YES if you are a middle-school or high-school student. Students who have already graduated high school are not eligible
I am not a Citizen can I join
Yes if you are a U.S. resident. You do not have to be a U.S. citizen.
Also you should know
You may only submit if your U.S. Representative’s district is participating in that year’s Challenge. Check the official site or your representative’s office before planning around it.
